How we look after your details.

The Bulls Head at Davenham (“we”, “us”) is an independent pub at 465 London Road, Davenham, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 8NA. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Who we are

For questions about this policy, email info@thebullsheaddavenham.co.uk or call 01606 43725.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run the pub and stay in touch:

• Mailing list sign-ups: first name, surname, email address, and date of birth if you choose to give it. This form is provided by Contacta.
• Emails and phone calls you send us, including private hire or booking enquiries.
• Table bookings made through OpenTable, which has its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details to take bookings, answer enquiries, and send occasional updates about what’s on, seasonal menus, and specials — only if you have joined the mailing list. We do not sell your information.

Who else sees it

We use trusted services to run the site and take bookings:

• Contacta, for the mailing list form on this website
• OpenTable, if you book a table online
• Google, for the map on our Contact page
• Meta / Facebook, if you follow or message us there

Those companies process information under their own terms. We do not run advertising pixels on this website.

How long we keep it

Mailing list details stay with us until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as we need them to help you or to keep a simple record of the conversation.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in our emails, or by contacting us directly.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website itself does not set marketing cookies. Embedded tools — the mailing list form, Google Maps, and OpenTable if you follow a booking link — may set their own cookies so those services work. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
